Ingredients: Carton water-based ink is composed of rosin oil, ink blending oil, color paste, water and auxiliaries.

Features: Carton water-based ink with environmental non-toxic, non-combustible, safe and tasteless, in line with ROHS environmental requirements. Meet the color requirements, good leveling, full color, no corrosion printing plate, simple operation, good wear resistance and other characteristics.

Product use: carton water-based ink can meet all kinds of carton printing text graphics and other requirements.

Equipment requirements:

1. printing machinery: flexographic printing machine, printing slotting machine, preprinting machine, etc.

2. screen version requirements: the number of roller lines :80-400 lines.

Drying speed:

1. flexographic ink printing machine: should be controlled between 20-80 m/s.

2. Flexographic Printing Press Dryness :10~40 mm( Adjust printing speed according to equipment and printing area)

Technical parameters: viscosity :15-50 seconds/ Chaiyi cup ,25℃, fineness :≤15 microns, PH value :8.5~10

Printing base material: Kraft paper, box board paper, tea board paper, coated paper, corrugated paper, etc.

Proportion of auxiliaries:

1. water :2-12% added according to printing.

2. alcohol amine :5% viscosity can reduce the P H value.

3. defoamer :1%(added with bubbles)

4. quick-drying agent :3%(added when dry slowly)

Storage method: storage temperature 5-35℃, sealing state shelf life 12 months.

Usage: use should be stirred evenly, so that the water-based ink composition is the same. Prevent dust from falling and crust dry, if residual ink contains impurities, filter first and then use with new ink. Apply appropriate amount of ink to test viscosity before installation. It is recommended to print viscosity 8-12 seconds / apply cup. Such as this can better ensure the adaptability of ink.
