Ingredients: woven bag water-based ink- BZ1712 is made up of high-quality water-based acrylic resin, high-grade pigments, water and auxiliaries.

Product characteristics: woven bag water-based ink- BZ1712 non-combustible, safe, non-toxic and tasteless, in line with ROHS environmental requirements. It has the characteristics of non-corrosion printing plate, simple operation, no blending, bright color, fast drying speed, wear-resistant and waterproof.

Application: woven bag water-based ink- BZ1712 can meet all kinds of woven bag printing text design and other requirements.

Suitable Machinery: Flexographic Printing Machine

Technical parameters: viscosity :20 g 5 s/ Chaiyi 4# cup ,25℃ fineness :≤10 micron PH value :8.5-9.0

Applicable base material: polyethylene, polypropylene and other woven cloth.

Proportion of auxiliaries:

1. water :2-12% added according to printing.

2. alcohol amine :5% viscosity can reduce the PH value.

3. defoamer :1%(added with bubbles)

4. quick-drying agent :3%(added when dry slowly)

Storage method: storage temperature 5-35℃, sealing state shelf life 12 months.

Usage: use should be stirred evenly, so that the water-based ink composition is the same. Prevent dust from falling and crust dry, if residual ink contains impurities, filter first and then use with new ink. Apply appropriate amount of ink to test viscosity before installation. It is recommended to print viscosity 8-12 seconds / apply cup. Such as this can better ensure the adaptability of ink.
