Breathable paper diaper waterborne ink

Ingredients: breathable film paper diaper waterborne ink is made up of imported high-quality acrylic resin, high-grade color paste, water and auxiliaries.

Product characteristics: breathable film paper diaper waterborne ink with non-combustible, healthy and safe, non-toxic and non-odor, meet the requirements of environmental protection. No corrosion printing plate, simple operation without blending, good adhesion, fast drying, good water resistance, strong wear resistance, ink stability and other characteristics.

Application: Water-based ink can meet the requirements of paper diapers, sanitary napkins, etc.

Technical parameters: Viscosity :20 g 5 s/ Chaiyi 4# cup ,25℃ fineness :≤10 micron PH value :8.0-9.0

Applicable substrate: LDPE、HDPE 、O P P 、C PP and other plastic breathable film.

Proportion of auxiliaries:

1. water :2-12% added according to printing.

2. alcohol amine :5% viscosity can reduce the PH value.

3. defoamer :1%(added with bubbles)

4. quick-drying agent :3%(added when dry slowly)

Storage method: storage temperature 5-35℃, sealing state shelf life 12 months.

Directions: stir evenly before use to keep PET water-based plastic ink consistent. Prevent dust from falling and crust dry, if residual ink contains impurities, filter first and then use with new ink. Apply appropriate amount of ink to test viscosity before installation. It is recommended to print viscosity 8-12 seconds / apply cup. This can better ensure the adaptability of ink.
