RD-09Z type hollow veneer machine is a kind of multi-function automatic hollow veneer equipment (hollow paste and corrugated solid paste can be completed on the same equipment), which adopts open intermittent indexing mechanism, gear transmission and longitudinal shaft structure, so as to distribute each function assembly reasonably. The whole use of spray lubrication, reduce the wear of machine parts. It is fitted by multi-row automatic paper feeding, ultrasonic welding, transfer of mechanical toilet paper cylinder, oil injection, bottom folding, step feeding glue, cylinder two-stage blanking sleeve, pressing, unloading bowl and other continuous processes. This machine adopts frequency conversion poleless speed regulation and light control contactless switch to detect abnormal work, realize automatic shutdown of fault, protect all parts of the machine from collision, and improve the stability and life of the machine.
RD-09Z New model High speed double wall cup forming machine is a kind of automatic double layer cup forming machine (double wall cup and ripple cup can be formed on same machine), it comes with open intermittent index cam mechanism and gear transmission, longitudinally axis structures. The whole machine adopts automatic transportation system, which makes all mechanical parts working much more smooth. It has functions of automatic paper feeding row by row, ul traditional sealing, paper cylinder transfer by mechanical arm, oiling, bottom folding, stepping gluing system, air cylinder system and double wall paper cup stacking.
It has invertor for auto speed adjusting,stops automatically if any problem controlled by sensors we installed,so that the machine is well protected and becomes more durable.
